Our Background

The foundation of our company is deeply rooted in personal experiences and a desire to simplify housing for others. At the age of 16, I came to the UK to study A-levels at Kent College, followed by university and postgraduate studies at UEA. During this time, I frequently had to move between accommodations, experiencing firsthand the complexities and inconveniences of relocating.

These challenges inspired me to invest in properties near schools and universities, creating comfortable living spaces specifically designed for students. For international students unfamiliar with local systems, we provide fully furnished accommodations with utilities, internet, and other essentials included, eliminating the need for complex contracts and lengthy setup processes.

As the business grew, we expanded into Airbnb services to diversify revenue streams and enhance our offerings. With a keen eye for property locations and layouts, we prioritize efficiency by incorporating digital solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual work. By building strong relationships with skilled maintenance workers and contractors, we ensure reliable, high-quality property care, making us a trusted partner for both tenants and property owners.
